PTA To Present 35mm Screening of Robert Downey Sr.'s "Greaser's Palace" at Cinefamily

Just over a year ago, Paul Thomas Anderson presented a screening of Robert Downey Sr.'s 1972 Western Greaser's Palace at the Austin Film Festival with fellow filmmaker Jonathan Demme.

According to IndieWire, it appears PTA will be presenting another screening of the film next month, as part of a Downey retrospective being hosted by The Cinefamily in Los Angeles. Oh yeah, and it will be shown in 35mm.

PTA will also be engaging Downey in a Q&A on the movie as well and the evening will also involve a screening of one of Downey's more elusive works, Pound.

Things will start to get underway at 7:30pm on Saturday December 6th. You can find more info about the event, and the entire retrospective here.
